Love the Pizzas at Red Swan. Have tried Veggie fans, Butter paneer, Paneer Tikka and Spicy Paneer pizza. All of them have hit the spot like no other ever in Canada. The service at this location is amazing. The staff is very friendly and accommodating

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5/5 — Great Local Pizza Spot! I recently tried Swan Pizza and was genuinely impressed! The crust was perfectly baked — crispy on the outside and soft inside. Their cheese blend is rich and flavorful, and the toppings were fresh and generously spread. I ordered the [mention a favorite like “Meat Lovers” or “Veggie Delight”] and it was loaded just right. The staff was friendly, and the service was quick. Prices are reasonable for the quality you get. It’s clear they care about both their food and their customers. Highly recommend Swan Pizza if you’re looking for a satisfying, no-nonsense pizza experience in town!

First off the staff are so kind! They were so nice to my kids (6 year old and 3 year old) while we were ordering in store. Secondly the food was fantastic! I loved the sesame crust, reminds me of eating a Montreal style bagel but so soft and fluffy, flavors were great! The pizza wasn't too heavy of a meal, and the chicken bites were juicy and delicious (the slightest kick of spice to them but the kids still did great with eating them). I will be ordering from here again and I highly recommend others to try it out. you won't be disappointed . Thanks guys keep up the good work!

We got 3 Large pizzas with dips. Asked for thin crust for one pizza but instead got regular one. There was no garlic, ginger or chilli flakes. Also, the cilantro toppings was very less, we even asked for double cilantro in one pizza. But otherwise the pizzas were tasty. I have tried another locations of Red Swan as well, but I was not completely satisfied with this location. Hopefully they will do better next time. Called in the store to give review and offered me free pizza on next visit, so will see how that goes.

I ordered for pick up on the website, which was very user friendly. The pizzas and wings were all ready within the 40 minute window they guaranteed online. Staff called to let me know when it was ready, and were polite when I got there. Their no sugar added pizza sauce tastes exactly like regular sauce in my opinion. My boyfriend said that the pizza could have been cheesier, but I didn't mind. I prefer the wings to be tossed in sauce rather than having them on the side, and I was surprised at how many dipping sauces we were given! More than we needed. We'd order from them again, no major complaints!

Tried the large 2 topping pizza and it was absolutely amazing. So fresh, full of flavor, and truly different from other branches of red swan pizza I’ve had. Loved every bite. Would love to visit again and again. Moreover the staff was super polite in understanding our taste and made exactly the same way we wanted.

This was not only the cheapest spot that sells good pizza in Ottawa, their customer service is on another level. I met the owner when I bought my pizza and he was all smiles and good vibes, gave us free dipping sauces too. I would recommend 10/10 times and suggest you try it when you get the chance.

Amazing Service from Parth!! He helped us with ordering and also getting discounts. Tandoori Chicken Pizza is to die for with their BBQ crispy chicken wings at the side!!!! Parth even gave us a whole beef donair medium size for free because a customer cancelled it out and it would’ve been a waste. Shout out to Parth!!!! Thank you. Parth provided exceptional service, assisting us with the ordering process and offering discounts. Their Tandoori Chicken Pizza is simply irresistible, especially with their mouthwatering BBQ crispy chicken wings on the side. In a kind gesture, Parth even gave us a whole beef donair medium size for free. A customer had canceled the order. We want to express our gratitude to Parth for his exceptional service. Thank you!
